1. Overview
CC-TAIX01 is a 6-inch non-redundant analog input IOTA terminal board matching Honeywell C300 Series C analog input modules such as CC-PAIH01. It serves as the physical bridge between field instrument cables and the I/O module, providing screw terminal blocks for 16 analog channels (12 single-ended / 4 differential). It integrates loop power supply circuits, channel isolation circuits and transparent HART signal transmission paths, supporting 4–20mA transmitters with HART 7 protocol. Adopting slanted cabinet layout design, it optimizes heat dissipation and cable routing; supports hot-swap of upper I/O modules without disconnecting field wiring, widely used for pressure, flow, temperature and level signal wiring in petrochemical, power and oil & gas DCS systems.
